Advil works the quickest and lasts the longest. When I have a child wake up crying in the middle of the night, I reach for Advil first because I know it will break the fever quicker and it will last longer than Tylenol...and let's be honest, we need our sleep as moms as much as our kids need their sleep to get well. Don't waste your time...reach for Advil first (and thank me later).
